Registration Information
On-line Registration
Online registration will begin on Monday, February 20, 2012 and remain open until Friday, April 20, 2012.
NOTE: All pilgrimage participants must check in at the On-site Registration Desk at W. L. Mills Conference Center in Gatlinburg, TN to pick up their official 2012 Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage nametag, event schedule, and tickets. These will not be mailed to you. Participants without official nametags will not be allowed on programs or pilgrimage trolleys.
On-site Registration
On-site registration will begin 5:00pm Tuesday, April 24, 2012 will close on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 1:00pm. Changes in registered programs can only be made at on-site registration.
On-site registration will be held at Mills Conference Center, April 24-28, 2012 at the following times:
- Tuesday from 5:00pm - 9:00pm
- Wednesday-Friday from 7:00am- 1:00pm and 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Saturday from 7:00am - 1:00pm
Registration Fees
All events are covered by the following registration fees, except for the Wednesday Luncheon (Event 9) which costs $25.00.
Adult
$50.00 for one day;
$75.00 for 2 or more days
Student
$10.00 for one or more days (high school/college status will be verified at on-site registration with ID)
Child (under 12 years of age)
Free (must be accompanied by a registered adult)
Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards (cash or check at on-site registration only).
